Shame the idiot on the phone couldn't confirm this or I would've gone at 5pm... now I won't go till tomorrow.

(2nd repair is still showing as "awaiting triage" and I wanted to be sure it was all OK, but the idiot said my serial number wasn't showing on the computer. Strange how I was looking at it on the AppleCare site...)
