Eye seems to be clearing up. I'm risking the contacts. (I HATE my glasses. I don't see as well with them, they're a pain, and the frames are out of style because I can't be bothered shelling out for new ones when I hardly ever wear them.)

Today

Forced myself to go out rather than be a complete lazybones. Ended up at Foyles (dangerous). Spotted new Jasper Fforde book. Uh oh! luckily only £9.99 (flap said £12.99, but rang up at the lower price; I'm not complaining!)

For some reason there were 2 editions of it, one at £12.99 and one at £18.99. Not sure what the difference was, but went for the cheaper edition simply because my book buying habits are bad enough as it is.
