Grrrr.

This thread is really starting to piss me off. I have a very strong desire to flame someone. I'm not going to do it, simply because it's in someone's personal LJ, and I respect that person. But my God, I want to VENT. Don't you DARE pass judgment on me or my relationship to my culture. Don't you assume that I don't know anything about cultural or linguistic erosion. Maybe your comment wasn't directed at me, but it could be viewed as pertaining to my stated views, and the way you phrased it, it could be viewed as an attack on me. And people in glass houses should not throw stones. I could just as easily ridicule your naming choices and reasons, but I don't.

Update: I didn't make this post so people would go over there and jump in, but 2 did, and boy, did it go downhill! I'm still fucking pissed off though.

Friday

It was the usual. See every other Friday.

Only notable difference today was that it was pissing it down and the parkways were flooded. What fun! Oh, and they had potatonik (yeast-raised potato pudding) at the bakery. Yum!

I have to go buy wedding shoes tomorrow.
