To go from miles to kilometres you do NOT multiply by 1.069.... (it's 1.609) (I can do everything in metric now. I'm disappointed in the EU; they should have dragged us kicking and screaming into the 20th century. And 20th is not a typo.) And when Paxo was doing tomorrow's front pages, he actually showed today's Independent!
