Mmmm, lemony. Though I think, on balance, I prefer lemon sorbet to ice cream: it's just pure refreshing lemonyness. Still, the ice cream is good. Actually, lemon-poppyseed would be even better. I once had a dessert that involved strawberries and lemon-poppyseed ice-cream (there was sponge cake in there as well) and it was a fantastic combination. I'll try it at home when strawberries come back into season here.
