*LOL* I'm a rarity. I'm very, very hard on keyboards, and that's about 4 of my visits. I've broken Dell, MS, Logitech, and Gateway keyboards in the past. The trouble here is that it's a laptop - if a key comes off, it can't simply be stuck back on, and you can't just go buy a new one!
Other problems: Dead hard drive - not apple's fault, it was a Toshiba drive and anyone can get a dud. I got a brand new laptop out of it... DC-IN port - combination of bad pin design (new MacBookPro uses a magnetic adapter) and me continuing to se a dodgy lead.
The build quality of Macs is generally very good and I don't know anyone who does as much damage as I do!!!
