I suck

Last night I burnt the rice (yes you can do this, especially when you're making Iranian rice with the crust). Today I burnt a giant vat of spaghetti sauce because I forgot to turn the burner down. That's actually 2 nights' worth of dinner ruined, because part of it was going to be turned into eggplant parmigiana :(
