Neil went out at lunch time to get Aliza some onesies (he works near a Next and an M&S):

he e-mails me back with this:
"Bought bubba clothes.
A dress, a couple of tops, and a pair of trousers from Next. One of the
tops had an elephant on it so I had to get it.
4 x onesies in M&S (didn't have any in Next)."

And you think I have a thing for heffalumps ;)

I have no idea who I'll vote for (I become eligible for citizenship in October, so I'll be able to vote if we're still here). But at least there's the real prospect of an interesting candidate. It should liven up the election!

Today Aliza had banana mashed up with yoghurt (lumpy, not smooth)--she liked it and kept trying to grab the spoon. She even got it in her mouth once. :)

Then I tried giving her some flakes of salmon from my dinner plate--to my surprise, she ate them right up! (who cares about the order of solids... it wasn't very much anyway)
