My left hand hurts. I appear to have strained a muscle or something--I can't straighten it fully. Ow.

I've got a bandanna on to keep my hair out of the way and Aliza is fascinated by it. Especially the fringes. She keeps pulling on them!

I need to work out what I'm serving with dinner tonight (lamb chops). We had potatoes the past two nights, and a fair bit of pasta last week. I haven't really got anything good to do with rice.

Some housework has been done. More still awaits, scrubbing the kitchen floor in particular. And cleaning the bathroom. I forgot to change the sheets before we went to bed last night so I have to remember to do them today.

Whenever I ask him about dinner, his response always involves lard. Or chips (fries to the Americans).

(NB: I do not cook with lard. Schmaltz yes, on occasion. Never ever lard. I also don't make chips at home because it's too much work/mess :) )

Bubba is fed and changed and quite bulgy as she has a Snappi'ed prefold, a Bummis wrap (jungle print), onesie, and footed sleep suit on (it's a bit chilly for just the onesie).
