This potato recipe says it works best with potatoes cut to exactly 1/8" thick.

That's 3mm.

I have 2mm and 4mm slicing discs.

DOH!

Why am I so damn tired all the time?! I don't WANT to be. I don't want to be incompetent with the housework, and hear Neil sigh when I ring him late in the afternoon to ask him to go get X because I can't, or that there's a problem with dinner because I woke up too late.

And because I'm not sleeping properly at night (I wake up and can't fall back asleep) I end up falling asleep in the daytime and not getting things done. :(
