Don't decide that 21:15 really isn't too late to start making chicken soup; you will fall asleep while it's simmering...
(in the fridge now; I've made about 4 litres oops. oh well, can freeze some for next week).
Although I am glad I made it tonight; that leaves time for it to chill and the fat to congeal. I suspect there's quite a bit of fat this time; it felt a bit greasy when I touched it.
