We took Zoe in for her checkup today.
The vet (not the usual one) had a listen to her heart and said it sounds like she has a murmur :( :( She's never had a problem before...
He also said she's up to 7.3kg, and should ideally lose about a kilo.
The vet's doing a blood test, and wants her to see the cardiology specialist at the Highgate practice. She's only in once a month so it might be a bit of a wait.
She's insured now (since the dental fiasco) so the cost isn't such a worry--it's just me, the Pathetic Pet Owner!
She's still at the vet's; we have to pick her up at 13:15.
