I really hate these pre-booked exhibition tickets... if you forget to book, you're screwed. It's impossible to be impulsive on the weekends for popular exhibits.

And so many pre-booked tickets have been sold for the Persia exhibit that they say it's very unlikely any on-day tickets will be available. :/

I'm also annoyed that I didn't say something to Neil yesterday, as according to skorpionuk there were some Sunday tickets left then. :(

I went to see Brokeback Mountain this afternoon. It was absolutely superb. I would never have imagined Heath Ledger as a cowboy--but he did it perfectly.

The film was also a 2 hour long tourist promotion for the American West. (Although they filmed it in Alberta. Tsk.)

Anyhoo, go see it, unless you're strictly an action fan, in which case you'll snooze.
