googled, found site selling full biolage range, ordered some deep conditioner. I want soft shiny hair again :( I left it unwashed for days so the oils would recover, and after 5 days my scalp itched and my hair still wasn't greasy, so I gave up!

Maybe my thyroid prescription needs adjusting--my skin's a bit dry as well, I've gained 5 lbs and my feet are cold all the damn time. The hard water's definitely not helping, though, or I wouldn't have noticed a difference after washing in softer water.
