Aliza has been very cute today.

1) She wanted to go for a walk. So first she brought me my shoes, then when I didn't realize that's what she wanted, she brought my handbag! Then I knew, because she knows that when I get my bag it's time to go out (she sees me pick up my bag and she goes to the door).

2) We went to do some errands. At the last stop, the deli, I didn't want to get the stroller out for a 5 minute run inside. (I need to get a lightweight stroller for the car, but I'm waiting till Sunday so I can go with Carly and get her discount--Buy Buy Baby is owned by Bed Bath and Beyond). She was SO good! She held my hand across the parking lot and then followed me (mostly) around the store, and didn't run off when I told her not to go any further. This is a huge improvement--I could never let her out of her stroller in stores before because she didn't listen.

3) We got back, and she went up the stairs all by herself. Again, something she's never done before. She's gone up a couple of stairs in our old flat but never a whole flight.
