My official Top 5 of Woo, not necessarily in order:

1) Homeopathy
2) Waldorf/Steiner schooling
3) Anti-vaccinationists (*)
4) Indigo/crystal/rainbow children
5) The Weston A Price Foundation (**) / "Dr" Mercola.

* - I mean anti-vaccination, not non-vaxing. What you give your kids is your business. But the nuts who think vaccination poisons children, gives them dead eyes (really, I have seen anti-vaxers claim they can tell children are vaccinated because of this), don't work at all ever, cause autism, etc--that's industrial scale woo.

** - The WAPF does have some decent ideas. Unfortunately the cultists go on about the miracle of raw milk, the evils of white flour, and the importance of correct tooth spacing. Weston Price did lousy research (even I can knock about a hundred holes into it) and was later shunned by the ADA for believing that root canals were the cause of all sorts of diseases.
