Last night I went to record something for Neil and it didn't work. (said it was recording but nothing in the list). I noticed that 1) there were 2 copies of something there and 2) one of them had a "locked" icon. Deleted them both, tried recording something and it worked. Hopefully that's all that was needed, though I have no idea how it happened!
