I've been living here for 4 years and you'd think I'd know better by now. But no. We had over a week of glorious sunny weather, and of course I thought "this won't last" but then I read it was going to... and I believed it. So the other night I finally took the footmuff off ALiza's stroller (i'd just unzipped the top part) and changed the hood. Now it's cold and wet again. Sigh.
