good morning

Yesterday was nice. I had to go into town, but the weather was so gorgeous that I took Aliza into Hyde Park and let her run around (she wasn't happy when she had to get back into the stroller!) Afterwards we met Neil for noodles.

I got home, had terrific cramps, took 2 Advil and went to lie down. I fell asleep and slept through!

It's nice again today; just about to go walk to the supermarket.
