Tonight we went to Wagamama for dinner. Aliza enjoyed hers:

She ate all the chicken but didn't want the noodles--I don't know why as she loves pasta at home! Maybe long noodles are too slippery for her. She thought they had fantastic play value though.
Neil took Aliza home and I went to see Juno. Very cute and funny. One reviewer carped that the characters had that kind of witty one-liner dialogue that no one has in real life. Personally I'd rather hear witty dialogue than the inarticulate crap that comes out of most people's mouths (including my own) so this is not a negative. Also, there were complaints about how the main character (and the one in Knocked Up) didn't seriously consider abortion. There's a simple, non-political reason for this: A character who happily went and had an abortion with no consequences would result in a very short, not very funny film. You can make a comedy about abortion--at least, Alexander Payne did--but you need some dramatic tension somewhere.
