The petition text isn't brilliant though. The problem is that although infant formula may not be advertised, companies like SMA are doing run-arounds by advertising follow-on milk--but doing it in ways that are also implicitly advertising infant formula and bottle feeding in general (a dad talking about doing night feeds, for example).
