Aliza and I both have colds. Blah. And it's raining, so I don't want to take her out. As a result we're both cranky. She won't take a nap--she fell asleep in my arms but woke up the minute I tried to put her down. Now that she's slept for 5 whole minutes, I can't even bother trying taking her to bed (much more reliable).

She's terribly distractable when I'm giving her lunch--it's maddening at times. I have to remove every possible distraction from her sight. I had the TV on when we sat down. of course, she tried to watch and I turned it off. She still kept turning around to see if it had come back! Cheeky. I'll be glad when we move somewhere where our dining table isn't in view of the TV. At least she's better at dinner when we're all eating.
