I set off on various errands today. First stop, Judaica shop. Got Chanukah candles and a dreidel toy for Aliza (stacking dreidel... but you can't really spin it, I should have gotten a regular one to spin for her too). I went to pay and discovered that I only had £5. I could have sworn I had at least 1 £10 note (I got 3 a few days ago). Hmm. I'm trying to work out where they went; I remember using one yesterday, and now that I think about it I don't think I saw the other 2 there.

Anyway, this meant that 1) I had to buy something else at the butchers to get over the £10 minimum for cards; 2) I missed out on the discount today (cash only).

Went to WH Smiths for address labels. They only had 1 pack that was on A4 sheets (which I need for my printer) and they were too big. I asked Neil to find some in his office and he said no. hmph.

On the way home Aliza started having a tantrum and wouldn't be soothed. I thought I caught a whiff and went home as quickly as possible, but she just wanted a cuddle. Hmph again.

Also, Aliza sneezed just as I was feeding her a spoonful of Weetabix; it made a mess.
