I got outbid on eBay with 20 seconds to go... by €1! And I would have been able to increase my bid if eBay hadn't logged me out. Pah!

Probably for the best, it had gone as high as I wanted it to and I have 2 other auctions going...

Does the Dutch postal system normally take weeks to deliver foreign parcels?

(This relates to the supposed scammer above who says she did post everything--I'm wondering, because it took me 2 weeks to get a package from her and I checked the postmark.)
