I have no energy today... need to go to the supermarket and I can't even face that. I slept last night and everything though I had to get up and move Aliza to our bed around 4:30 because she woke up screaming. Then it was bottle time at 7. She went back to sleep but not as long as I'd have liked.

Test results are in by the way, I have to ring back tomorrow to speak to the GP.

I got Aliza to have a nap with me for an hour and a bit. Of course, it took ME ages to fall asleep, so I didn't do as well out of it as she did! I did make it to the supermarket though.

She's about to have blueberries, banana and yoghurt. This should be good and messy :) (I know it's late; she normally has her solids before we have dinner, but she had her bottle later than usual.)

I just tried taking some pictures of her but Neil gave me 4 chins because of the angle he used. And she has a funny expression in the ones I took over Neil's shoulder (I was trying to have him make her smile while I did the pics... didn't work). We'll have to try again at some point...

ETA: OK, she didn't like that. I think. She swallowed the 2 spoonfuls I got in but locked her lips and wouldn't take any more. It's not far off bottle time so she should be hungry. I did have a taste though and I think I put a bit too much yoghurt in so it may have been a bit sour for her.

Blueberries make things a terrific shade of purple though. :) I'll have to remember that when she gets to be a toddler. Foods are more appealing when they come in fun colours ;-)
