Today's feeding:

(1 bottle = 200ml/7oz water, plus powder; total volume just under 225mL/8oz.)

10:00 (she slept late--don't know why, she slept quite a bit yesterday and didn't go to bed very late): Drained bottle. Cried. I gave her a 2nd bottle as it was 12 hours since her last one (and she only had 4 yesterday) and she drank half of it!

14:00: Drank almost all of a bottle.

16:40: Had large fuss. I thought "she can't be hungry already, surely?" She was. Drained a bottle, followed by an enormous belch and then some curdled milk down my front (yeucch).

I think someone really is ready for weaning now! We'll be starting this weekend.

I can't believe it, my little girl is 6 months old today :) :) :) :)

A year ago, the 6 months I had to go till she was born seemed endless--and they dragged! Now, I can't believe how fast the past 6 months has gone...
