Why is it that at 21:00 I was knackered, at 22:00 I went to lie down and read (wind down...), 22:45 tried going to sleep... and now 2 hours later, still not asleep?! :( This has been happening every night lately. I know what will happen. I will go to sleep, I will wake up twice, I will feed Aliza and then go back to bed. Only today I can't sleep all morning :( I need to use Aliza's down time to clean up and bake.
