I went to the dentist this morning and had 2 fillings done. I needed 2 shots of novocaine for each (top left, bottom left--the "bottom" shot is actually done into the jaw hinge. Not pleasant.) The dentist started with one but I felt it so he had to top me up. Guess I have got quite a tolerance and it's not just Dr Lipman's enthusiasm for the needle! It was so much novocaine my top eyelid was affected!
I now have a very large filling in LL6 and a small one in UL5. Woo. The LL6 one wasn't really my fault--it was more of a chip, which is more attributable to my weak enamel than to decay from bad habits.
Neil worked from home this morning and watched Aliza. Good husband. :-) (No way could I have kept her settled for an hour...)
