Aliza's all peaceful in her Moses basket. Part of me feels I shouldn't be leaving her in there as much, but she seems content. I'm not a militant AP'er (militant anything isn't my style, OK, I'm committed to breastfeeding but in some ways that's a "for-me" choice--I wouldn't expect someone else to go through this!), but I do like a lot of it (flexibility, bonding, closeness). But I've told myself that she's not even 2 weeks old, and she does get plenty of cuddles. I suppose it will change as she becomes capable of staying awake for extended periods. :)
Tomorrow I have to ask the midwife about her formula--she's got a lot of wind (and has had on various feeding methods) and is rather constipated. She might need a change...
