We are home!!

Expect a spate of updates to be uploaded later when I get my laptop set back up... in the meantime, Aliza needs a feed :-)

RIP Abby, 13/04/93 - 07/01/07

I just rang home to speak to my mother and Jen answered. My parents have just taken Abby to the emergency vet's clinic. She hasn't been able to get up since yesterday and today she lost control of her bowels :-( They think it's the end. I can't say I'm surprised; when the vet said he thought she had a while left I was hopeful but skeptical. He was over-optimistic with Sam (my old cat) as well. So I have myself steeled up to get bad news when I call again later.

She had a stroke and they had to put her to sleep :-( Nothing else to be done, really :-(
