Dear drivers, when there's a yellow box marked on the road with the words "BUS STOP", that means bus stop. It does not mean "loading bay", it does not mean "you can park here if all the other spaces are full", it means bus stop. Got it?
While we're on the subject, the bus stop in question is a nice double length one. So why, 102 driver, did you stop at the rear end, despite seeing 2 82s coming up just behind you?
Waitrose was out of red cabbage, darn it! (the ready made kind. It's lazy but I'll never manage to eat a whole head. plus whenever I make it, it's not as good. I never had braised red cabbage before I came to the UK. Neil thinks I'm mad; he can't stand the stuff.)
One problem with the new flat: It's nearly a mile from the supermarket, no easy bus route. With bump + shopping, this is a bit far :/
