macosx, I got onto Concierge at 00:01. I then managed to book for 18:40 (last appointment available--want Neil to drive ;) )
Hopefully it will now get fixed.
(BTW, my laptop is not one of the ones affected by the battery recall; that's for 12" and 15" G4s.)
