HMV - still evil
I got back to HMV today. They didn't have another copy of WarGames.
I was offered the following 3 options by the salesdroid:
1) Exchange for another title
2) Order what I wanted
3) Go to another HMV.
No offer of refund or store credit, which I believe violates my statutory rights.
as it happened, I knew Borders didn't have it, and so I'd need to go elsewhere to find the DVD, so I elected for #3. If Oxford Street doesn't have it, I'll demand a refund.
