Just re-read the letter. It's not my booking appointment, just the scan. At the scan, I will be given my booking appointment, so goodness knows when that will be. Do they get that many women coming in for the scan who aren't really pregnant? (I did the test 3 times to be sure! Thing flashed up positive in about 5 seconds. Either I'm pregnant or I'm having a really good phantom pregnancy.)
I'll still ask the midwife about having my sugar tested. I've been told to come in with a "full bladder" (luckily I've had ultrasound before, so I know what full means: 2 litres of water within 2 hours before the test! I've told Neil he's driving me to hospital) so in theory that shouldn't be a problem ;-)
