Lazy Bank Holiday weekend.
For dinner, I made steak with peppercorn sauce (with lots of freshly crushed peppercorns, yum) and a giant pile of mashed potatoes. I love mashed potatoes.
This evening, Neil closed the balcony door, not realising the cat was out there. I was somewhat startled to hear mewing as I came into the kitchen! (Zoe is normally a very quiet cat--she meows very rarely, usually if you trip over her or something.)
