It would appear that there are _two_ buses numbered 240: One from Edgware to Golders Green (the one I was looking for); and another from Debden to Waltham Cross. Or so Journey Planner claimed when I looked for the 240...

(ah, looked at the canonical list of bus routes: it seems that Shires & Essex buses can use the same numbers as London buses, even when they go into London and are listed on TfL's site. V.confusing.)

I just went to what I thought was a site for the Twilight Zone (the episode of The Simpsons where they parody "It's a Good Life" is on).

Only, it redirected me to an Israeli escort site.... just what I expected to see instead of Rod Serling and his cigarette!

(for what it's worth I googled, and it turns out that a), I mis-remembered the URL--there was a the at the beginning; and b) the site disappeared in 2004, apparently due to threats from the CBS legal department :( It's a real shame as the site was fantastic.)

Speaking of TZ, the series box sets are definitely my next show to collect. I've seen every episode multiple times and it's still brilliant. Plus, as the episodes are self-contained they're great DVDs to have; you can always watch a random episode if you're bored. I've got all of Homicide now, and every series of the Simpsons up to 7. Series 8 is the start of the decline, so I'm not going to rush for the new ones. Also, they repeat the later shows so frequently on Sky that I'm nearly sick of them!

For those of you who didn't see... Slightly crooked, but I only noticed after I'd uploaded the photos from the camera and I couldn't be bothered redoing it.
