I just slept for another 14 hours. This means that I have slept for 25 of the past 26 hours. Go me.

I have written a suitably detailed shopping list and am sending it with Neil (who is home today). Hopefully, entries such as "Rice, Tilda basmati, 1kg" leave no room for questions. :) (Not that Neil is THAT incompetent, but I'm fussy.)

I shall be making soup. Mmmm, tasty chicken soup.

So Neil rings me up: "I got everything, but they didn't have the celery root."
"Did you check the organic side, like I said?" "Yep."

Then it strikes me: Is it called celery root or celeriac here? "Did you see celeriac?"

"I don't know, I wasn't looking for it."

I check Waitrose Deliver. Yep - it's celeriac.

*bangs head*

Oh - and there were 2 missed calls on my mobile - so presumably he tried calling while I was in the shower... if I hadn't been, I could have told him BEFORE he finished at Waitrose, and gotten it!

Someone's even worse with their keyboard than I am!
