I left my parents a message to send on the stuff from the bank.

I haven't gotten anything so I rang them--they haven't gotten anything!! IDIOT BANK!!

Remind me to switch to HSBC next time I'm over, they're offering free checking and internet banking... though I don't know if they have any link-up with HSBC UK which would be useful. Probably not.

(Actually HSBC do have offshore accounts, but that's not quite what I need. Might be useful if we were going to move to the States, though...)
