I thought the Independent seemed a bit light, but as it was in a sealed plastic bag I assumed it was OK.

Got home, opened it, and it's missing a bunch of the supplements, including the magazine. This isn't the first time this has happened, either...

(And unlike the Guardian, the Indy doesn't put its supplements on the website.)

Carly has bought me a pair of black Ugg boots!! (Which I'd been eyeing in New York, but Neil vetoed.)

(The surprise element was lessened by a series of phonecalls confirming my choice of colour... but it was enough of a surprise.)

My dad will ship them Monday.

And soon I will own FLUFFY BOOTS!!
