Went today to see about volunteering. Went OK, should start next week. I'm not sure exactly what I'll be doing--I said anything but shop work :-)

Raspberry mousse came out OK, could've used the full amount of gelatin but I wasn't molding it so it didn't really matter. Also could have used a bit more sugar. Very raspberryish though :) Last night's roast potatoes were lovely. Goose fat rules.

Tonight's dinner was tuna casserole, the really dodgy kind made with canned cream of mushroom soup. At least I didn't use potato chips for the top. Neil liked it. Oh dear. :)

I also played around some more with Fink. I could be really, really sad and set up my old UNIX mail client, but it's not so good with dealing with multiple accounts (it's fine for receiving, not so fine with sending). I've forgotten way too much UNIX--I couldn't remember how to set up my path in my ~/.cshrc!! Silly girl.
