alexist at 06:26am on 06/06/2005We got the half-yearly statement from our management company, with all the charges. This included an itemized statement of all the expenses.
Included in this was £300 for the installation of 4 "No Cycling, Rollerblading, Skateboarding, or Ball Games" signs. 1, as far as I'm concerned those signs are for the management's benefit, and not the tenants; and 2, £300 for 4 signs!?
(It's only £300/£29,000+, but it's the principle of the thing.)
