I woke up and can't fall back asleep... so I've done what I usually do, finish doing the dishes I left before I went to bed. :-)

Didn't do much today--missed services again, had nap. I ended up convincing Neil to go to Blockbuster as there was nothing on TV. Finchley's is closed for refurbishment, so we headed up to Barnet. I convinced him to watch Heathers. :-) (There weren't really any good new releases out, except Vera Drake, and there's no way I'd get him to watch that.)

We stopped at the supermarket on the way back and discovered we'd gotten a ticket. Fucking traffic wardens! The sign said pay & display ended at 16:30--we checked. And of course they don't make it easy to contest them. It's a shame we didn't spot it right away or we'd have taken a photo (camera phones have their uses).

I'm visiting America! So if anyone wants goodies brought back, ask now :)
