I want to make soup again. Anyone want some? I always make too much. Probably make it Monday because the butcher will be closed tomorrow (genuine Jewish chicken soup can only be made with kosher boiling chickens. Not just for religious reasons but taste ones.)

Neil and I are now watching EastEnders (I videoed it). We're taking bets on when Zoe cracks. I said Tuesday. Neil says he doesn't have that much faith in Zoe. :-)

Though from the looks of it she may not last the episode!

Just went to Borough Market (because it's the only place I've seen parsley root). Of course, 2 lines I wanted to use today (Northern Line via Bank and Jubilee Line west/north of Waterloo) were closed. In the end, I got to Waterloo on the way back, saw the crush, and decided to cancel my second stop and just go home. The crush on the Northern Line was no better than the Bakerloo. And of course, if I'd decided that before, I could've avoided Waterloo completely as there was northbound service from London Bridge. Of course, last week they were only running Edgware trains...

TfL, so necessary, so useful, yet so annoying.
