Decided on dates for going home, I think! I'll fly in the Friday before Pesach and fly out the Sunday after. I decided this after realising 2 May is a bank holiday ;)

I'll probably have to take it unpaid (I WILL be working by then :-P) , but that's OK. The sederim will be Saturday and Sunday nights, so I could just do a long weekend. But that's exhausting, and because of the overnight flight you lose another day--so if I flew back Tuesday I'd lose Wednesday anyway. I'd like to enjoy this trip, not like last time which was just an insane rush. Although Neil won't be able to come because he's out of holiday time :( (new year starts 1 May). He probably won't mind missing another insane family event anyway ;)

Our fridge doesn't seem to be keeping things very cold. I've put it on 5. I'm pretty sure 5 is coldest, as it clicks when it goes to 0 (making me think it means "off").

It is fairly crowded at the moment, but that's only been for a couple of hours. I took a bottle of water out before I put the fresh groceries in, and it wasn't really cold then, so I don't think overcrowding is the issue.

There shouldn't be anything wrong with it; it's only a few years old. I'll try clearing it out later and make sure nothing's blocked. And no, I do NOT want a new fridge freezer, as we can't fit a full height one in here, and then I'd be stuck with a short one! (ours is about 140-150cm high).
