We never did it today. I had a nap, and Neil mysteriously failed to wake me up. :-)

So tomorrow will be fun: get the groceries done first, then go to Muswell Hill to give Casee her pumpkin :) then head into town.

I bought a new lip pencil (MAC "Spice") in Heathrow Duty-Free on my way to the States, to replace one I'd lost.

Today I was getting ready to go to synagogue and I couldn't find it. (OK, OK, you're not supposed to apply makeup on Shabbat, but I'm not that observant and neither are 90% of the people at my shul, as evidenced by the women's outfits..)

Anyway, I was late, so I just put my lipstick on and figured I'd look later. I just have, and I can't find it. Not in my makeup bag, not in my handbag, not on the dresser.

I have to call my mother tomorrow and ask her to mail me my glasses, so I'll ask if I left it. It's an easily replaceable item, of course, but it would be really annoying to pay another £10+ for something I just bought. Especially when I bought it at a really good duty free price! Plus, there's the driving-me-mad aspect--it's always a relief to know where something is, even if it's lost.
