Our sink is filling up really fast and taking ages to drain. worse, it's backing up into the washing machine, as I discovered when i went to take the clothes out. A spin cycle not only failed to clear the washer but made more water back up into the sink (which then drained). I think the pipe is clogged--we don't have a very good trap on it (must get one!) So a bottle of Mr Muscle has gone down the drain. I don't care if it ruins the pipes or isn't a real solution, I just want clean dishes and clothes. :-P

Neil's at bridge tonight. My original plan was to go see I Heart Huckabees. The showings are 18:30 and 20:50, both at the UGC Haymarket. We'll see if I still have any interest in leaving the flat at 19:00...
