I was violently ill this evening, so no dinner for me. Now I'm hungry. Hmph.

Not sure why I was sick; I didn't eat anything unusual.

We've decided to take her to Devon. This is because I realized that we're also going away in January and I don't think we'll have any friends be spectacularly generous twice. :-)

So, if anyone would either like to a) house the cat or b) (if we know you, naturally) have a fantastic vacation in scenic North Finchley (complete with free Sky and 1Mb internet connection, and we'll even put fresh sheets on the bed), let us know. We're flying out early on the 22nd (so if it's a drop-off it'd be the night before), and flying in the morning of the 30th.

If anyone would like to meet the moggy, this can be arranged.

Asking now so I have time to investigate catteries if necessary! (I'm willing to pay to board her, but think it would be nicer if she didn't have to get locked up for a week.)

I discovered recently that Eldar is a real name in Hebrew ;-) It means "place of God" or something similar.

(No, I wouldn't actually use it. But I was amused.)
