US elections

Horrible as it may sound, I'm utterly sick of them. And I'm not even in the US. All the papers here are busy with US election coverage, though.

I've already voted, I just want it to be done with!

I DID buy the Daily Wail. But I'd finished the Independent and the Guardian on the way in, and I wanted to see just how hysterical the "Mammon and the Mob" article arguing against legalized gambling would be.

It was bad.

I do find it amusing that the same paper that argues against New Labour nanny state-ism suddenly wants the government to protect us from gambling away our houses.
