alexist at 04:37am on 16/09/2004Today went badly, in mainly minor ways, culminating in Neil forgetting that services started at 19:00 and I wanted to go. He got home at 18:50--no time to eat and leave. :-( I suppose I should've reminded him before he left, but...
He partly made up for it by buying me a present. :) I told him Rosh Hashana isn't really a present holiday but it was a nice surprise (which I slightly spoiled by being curious about the contents of the Borders bag). It's a Metro Maps of the World book. :-) It probably sounds really sad to most of you but I liked it. And it's always nice when someone picks a good present. :-)
