Wedding stuff ticking along... ordered favors today (lovely chocolates); started working on seating plan. I've got a rough version of that done. Luckily we don't really have any "oh no, X can NOT be seated next to Y"; it's just balancing various groups of family and friends and making sure we don't end up with one table where all the singles are left in Siberia.

Really need to finish organizing hen night. That's tomorrow's plan I think.

Did some Rosh Hashana shopping today. The cost of kosher meat here is obscene. Boneless chicken breast is £11/kg and a brisket cost me £17. I'm not a fanatic about kosher, but I really prefer the flavor and texture of kosher chicken. But oy, the price! Also got honey cake and challah. Finchley Road in Golders Green was a wee bit busy today :-) Shabbat follows Rosh Hashana which makes it even worse as the stores will close from tomorrow afternoon to Sunday morning!
